Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end engineering delivery across multiple agile development teams.

Drive sprint execution, technical delivery, and overall engineering throughput.

Collaborate with Product Management to ensure requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.

Guide engineering teams in building solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and target-state platform strategies.

Establish and maintain high standards for engineering quality, performance, reliability, and security.

Make informed technical and delivery decisions in complex and uncertain environments.

Promote enterprise agile delivery practices and continuous improvement across teams.

Partner with Architecture, Platform, Quality Engineering, and DevSecOps teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Oversee architecture governance, engineering best practices, and platform modernization initiatives.

Drive engineering optimization initiatives to improve productivity, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Mentor engineering leaders and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-team engineering organizations.

Strong background in cloud-native application development and modern platform engineering.

Demonstrated expertise in engineering delivery and enterprise-scale software development.

Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.

Strong decision-making skills with the ability to lead effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing situations.

Deep understanding of architecture governance and software engineering best practices.

Experience driving engineering quality, delivery excellence, and operational efficiency.

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
