You will manage the full project lifecycle for high-priority initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

• Host kickoff meetings with stakeholders and develop work breakdown structures (WBS), dependency documentation, and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, track progress, and manage dependencies to resolve issues and roadblocks.
• Perform quality checks, manage scope changes, monitor budgets, and implement risk management strategies.
• Establish clear communication channels, provide regular status updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Motivate and coach team members, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration across the organization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing complex projects in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project and JIRA for tracking, editing, and managing data.
• Strong technical acumen with understanding of IT terminology and processes.
• Ability to communicate complex work and messaging simply to senior leaders.
• Expertise in change management and cybersecurity awareness.
• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and address challenges analytically.

Preferred Skills

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification.
• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification.
• Beginner-level Information Security certification.
