• Use JIRA and Azure ADO to streamline workflows and team collaboration.
• Manage delivery in highly demanding, high-pressure environments.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in a Delivery Lead role.
• Direct experience working within the insurance domain.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Azure ADO.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Must be locally available to the Dallas, TX office.
• Graduation degree in any field.
