Description

You lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data engineering and analytics initiatives, defining scalable architecture and integration patterns.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive project planning, estimation, governance, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Provide technical leadership for data platform design, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud migration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams on best practices, coding standards, and architectural decisions.
• Oversee data quality, governance, security, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Data Platform Delivery.
• Strong experience leading large-scale data engineering or analytics programs.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, Spark, and Databricks.
• Deep knowledge of data warehousing, lakehouse architectures, and modern data pipelines.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and delivery engagements.
• Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile delivery models and enterprise transformation programs.
• Exposure to AI/ML data platforms and real-time streaming technologies.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Kafka, Airflow, or Delta Lake.
