Description

Lead the execution of a multi-wave wholesale data migration program, specifically overseeing Waves 2, 3, and 4. Manage delivery governance across multiple workstreams to ensure milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes remain on track.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale database environment migrations from on-premises systems to Google Cloud Platform.
• Coordinate and manage multiple parallel workstreams across data, infrastructure, engineering, testing, and operations teams.
• Partner with senior leaders and program sponsors to maintain alignment and momentum for project delivery.
• Manage delivery governance, tracking risks, dependencies, and milestones across complex workstreams.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to communicate status and resolve blockers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale technology or data transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record leading database migration programs, specifically Teradata migrations.
• Deep understanding of cloud migration concepts with hands-on familiarity in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong leadership presence capable of managing complexity and scale across multiple teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing parallel workstreams involving data, infrastructure, and engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with wholesale data migration programs.
• Background in coordinating cross-functional operations and testing teams.
