Description

You will lead delivery processes, facilitate team workflows, and manage stakeholder relationships using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Guide delivery teams using Waterfall, Agile, Kanban, Scrum, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Facilitate team ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure smooth execution of delivery plans.
• Interface with PMO, leadership, and cross-functional teams to report delivery status and align expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across teams and the PMO to drive collaboration.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in a technology or product environment.
• 5+ years of experience in product or service delivery or Scrum Master roles.
• 4+ years working with delivery teams using Waterfall, Agile, Kanban Change Management Approach, Scrum, and Hybrid approaches.
• 5+ years demonstrating strong team player or leadership skills.
• 5+ years communicating effectively with PMO, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years building and managing relationships with teams and PMO.
• Proficiency with Scrum Master practices.
• Familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PMO governance and reporting structures.
