Description

Manage complex technical project delivery, resource allocation, and process improvement across the bank using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners and business teams to define scope, objectives, and technically feasible solutions aligned with bank regulations.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, vendor relations, and change requests while providing regular status updates and escalations.
• Mentor development teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with security standards and industry regulations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing complex software development projects and resource allocation.
• Deep technical expertise in Java, Spring, and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies, specifically React.js.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies for planning, sprints, demos, and retrospectives.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relations and technical project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
