You will manage the full project lifecycle for high-priority initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and strategic alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Host kickoff meetings and develop work breakdown structures for complex efforts.
• Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, and resolve roadblocks.
• Define dependency documentation and perform quality checks.
• Manage scope changes, monitor budgets, and implement risk management strategies.
• Establish communication channels with senior leaders and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Expertise with MS Project and JIRA for tracking and data management.
• Ability to communicate complex work to senior leaders concisely.
• Strong technical acumen with understanding of IT terminology and processes.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking skills for data-driven decisions.
• Experience with change management and cybersecurity awareness.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification.
• Beginner-level Information Security certification.
