You will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and business initiatives within Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Wealth Management programs and technology initiatives.
• Manage project planning, execution, risks, and stakeholder communication across business and technology teams.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee integrations involving portfolio management, trading systems, client onboarding, and reporting platforms.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Program/Delivery Management.
• Strong Wealth Management or Asset Management domain experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale financial services technology programs.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Delivery and Asset Management expertise.
• Portfolio Management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
