Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and business initiatives within Wealth Management.

You will own project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication across business and technology teams. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery. Drive Agile/Scrum frameworks and align work with business objectives. Oversee integrations involving portfolio management, trading systems, client onboarding, and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Wealth Management programs and technology initiatives.
• Manage project planning, execution, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams.
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and align with business objectives.
• Oversee integrations for portfolio management, trading, and reporting.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Program or Delivery Management.
• Strong Wealth Management or Asset Management domain experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale financial services technology programs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and senior-level stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Delivery and Asset Management.
• Hands-on experience with Portfolio Management systems.
