Description

Lead a cross-functional DevOps POD to deliver cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, and IaC.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a DevOps POD including developers, QA, and Product Owners.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of EPICs and user stories.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to maintain quality and performance standards.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in delivery leadership or Scrum Master roles.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and agile delivery practices.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD and containerization.
• Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models and cloud-native architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of application development, testing, and deployment processes.
