You will oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects and programs, aligning roadmaps with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery for client portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing stakeholder relationships and communicating progress, risks, and milestones.
• Ensure all portfolio projects meet defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor project managers and delivery teams to ensure adherence to best practices and governance frameworks.
• Implement continuous improvement processes across the portfolio to enhance efficiency and quality.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in project management, with 3+ years in a senior portfolio management role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, complex client-facing projects.
• Deep understanding of project management frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Strong financial acumen for budget management and cost control across portfolios.
• Proficiency with project management software, including Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
