Description

Lead large delivery teams for Embedded and CPE products including Wi-Fi routers, modems, and gateways.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery and track all project KPIs to ensure success.
• Collaborate with customers to identify requirements and bridge technical gaps.
• Communicate delivery targets, commitments, and progress clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate work across co-located and remote teams in various time zones.
• Coach teams to improve collaboration and project outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing large delivery teams.
• Experience with Embedded systems and CPE (Wi-Fi routers, modems, or gateways).
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, ALM, and DevOps tools.
• Strong project management and technical knowledge.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Wi-Fi firmware development and integration testing.
• CSM, PSM, Prince2, or PMI certifications.
