Description

Lead large-scale project delivery and manage multi-level stakeholder relationships from Hanoi.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery teams to meet Service Level Agreements and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Oversee project development and deployment within defined timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate recovery activities for major incidents and escalate issues to the Singapore office.
• Monitor delivery and production processes to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain a repository for project deliverables, methodologies, and support documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing at least 80 resources in an offshore development centre.
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
• Experience managing time, cost, and quality across complex delivery cycles.
• Strong ability to interact with both IT and Business users at all levels.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• PMP certification.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years in a project management capacity leading teams of 10+ in banking projects.
• Technical knowledge of Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes.
