Description

You will oversee multiple delivery projects to ensure timely and successful completion. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliveries from inception to completion.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to meet performance goals.
• Maintain client relationships to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize delivery workflows.
• Identify project risks and develop practical mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 15 to 20 years of experience in project or delivery management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or MS Project.
• Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and lead large teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree.
