You will manage Agile execution and stakeholder coordination for multiple portal teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, and Developers to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
• Manage Jira hygiene by tracking stories, epics, and sub-tasks to ensure timely closure.
• Serve as the primary contact for US-based stakeholders, providing updates on sprint status, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate deployments between QA, Development, and Release teams while liaising with the Release Management Office.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in delivery management.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners.
• Proven ability to manage sprint progress and remove technical or process impediments.
• Experience communicating metrics and quarterly reports to leadership.
• Ability to coordinate with Application Maintenance Services (AMS) for support and change requests.
• Knowledge of managing release artifacts and documentation compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mitigating risks proactively to prevent client-side escalations.
