You will manage a portfolio of large-scale data engineering and regulatory compliance projects for US banking clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a book of work, ensuring strategic alignment and monitoring risks, progress, and dependencies across the portfolio.
• Drive end-to-end project execution by triaging deliverables with TPMs, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate communication between internal technical teams and client stakeholders to meet leadership-level commitments.
• Manage project financials, including FIT assessments, budget tracking, resource allocation, and timesheets.
• Ensure all project work adheres to specific banking and financial services regulatory compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in program or project management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects within the US banking and financial services sector.
• Direct experience overseeing data engineering and regulatory compliance workstreams.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams including engineers and TPMs.
• Strong capability in financial management, including budget tracking and resource allocation.
• Expertise in creating operational reports and dashboards for senior leadership visibility.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PMI-ACP certifications.
• Domain certifications related to financial services or regulatory compliance.
