Description

Manage delivery workflows and scrum development to ensure product releases align with established roadmaps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies including release planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coordinate technical efforts between scrum teams via scrum of scrums to manage inter-related work streams.
• Partner with Product Owners on short and long-term release planning, backlog health, and MVP discussions.
• Monitor defects, track delivery metrics, and negotiate impediments to protect team productivity.
• Drive adherence to agile principles and engineering practices including TDD, unit test coverage, code reviews, and CI/CD.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management using Agile methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience in planning and forecasting at both the ticket and project level.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams.
• Proven experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Direct experience working with development teams on a daily basis.
• Proficiency in Jira project and board administration.
• Knowledge of DevOps, BDD, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to understand, measure, and improve team outcome metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile transformation within an organization.
• Experience working with multi-cultural, global, and remote teams.
• PMP certification.
