Description

You will manage project delivery, profitability, and resource utilization to ensure on-time completion without budget overruns.

Responsibilities

• Drive on-time project delivery and maintain profitability by adhering to effort estimations and agreed project scope.
• Participate in project proposal and budgeting stages to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Manage risks by applying SWOT analysis and developing contingency and mitigation plans.
• Oversee capacity planning and resource management, including resource shuffling and reducing bench time.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in delivery or program management.
• Proven expertise in Capacity Planning and Budgeting.
• Strong ability to track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Experience in Program Management and project governance.
• Proficiency in risk management and contingency planning.
• Ability to manage resource utilization and effort estimation.
• Skill in client engagement and relationship management.
