Description

Lead large-scale strategic projects and manage complex vendor engagements from ideation to implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines with vendors to ensure adherence to business requirements.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Admin, and Business SMEs to support vendor PoCs, contracts, and billing.
• Facilitate technological solutions for issues arising during the development phase.
• Manage performance reviews, progress reporting, and audit coordination with vendors.
• Identify emerging technologies and benchmark market trends to drive program improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS deployments and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of BOTs using UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Technical proficiency in Java, .Net, or Python for scripting.
• Experience managing SLAs and vendor relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Degree in any graduate field.
