Description

You will own end-to-end execution, delivery, and project management of enterprise software projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement delivery plans, defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and task distribution for developers, QA, and project managers.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential delivery issues.
• Communicate project progress and expectations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software development management.
• Strong expertise in enterprise software development and complex system integration.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and automation frameworks.
• Technical exposure to Microsoft .NET technology stacks and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL DB and SQL Server.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HTML5, AngularJS, and CSS.
• Background in managing software development for dynamic, responsive UIs.
