Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of an enterprise Security Baseline Management Platform, overseeing data engineering, UI development, and integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution across data pipelines, API development, and React-based UI applications.
• Manage Agile delivery lifecycle including backlog, sprint planning, releases, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee data model design, canonical modeling, and migration from legacy systems.
• Govern development of REST/JSON services and implement role-based access control.
• Ensure production readiness through comprehensive testing strategies and post-release improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in IT delivery or program management.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise platforms combining data, application, and integration components.
• Hands-on understanding of data modeling and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, microservices, and JSON.
• Experience with modern UI technologies, specifically React.
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background in cyber security, vulnerability management, or compliance platforms.
• Knowledge of CIS benchmarks or security standards.
