Description

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of major client projects by coordinating requirements, resources, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers, sales, and consultants to define project requirements, specifications, and delivery instructions.
• Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Identify critical capabilities, resource needs, budgets, and critical path issues for project sponsors.
• Facilitate connectivity discussions between customers and technical contacts.
• Manage project financials by reviewing agreements, capturing pricing information, and ensuring timely billing.
• Resolve client issues by investigating and interfacing with internal groups.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of project management and business analysis experience in a production environment.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian product suites.
• Experience using G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Technical background with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client walkthroughs and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and high-level estimates.

Preferred Skills

• Conceptual understanding of Cloud and Big Data platforms.
• Prior experience in a technology sales or operations organization.
