You will manage database-driven demands and operational performance tracking.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medium complexity database solutions based on customer requirements.
• Execute process automation demands.
• Create operational performance indicators to monitor delivery quality and SLAs.
• Prepare technical presentations and reporting materials.
• Manage all tasks within your execution queue.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant analytical or operational role.
• Proficiency in SQL and proven experience handling and creating databases.
• Programming experience with R and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Experience with process automation.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
