Description

You will design and lead the implementation of Manufacturing Execution solutions based on enterprise business requirements and IT strategies. You own the end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring Apriso best practices are adopted across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions using the Apriso software suite, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and gap resolution.
• Lead functional workshops and business process council sessions to ensure alignment with Apriso best practices.
• Develop solution strategies for enterprise application evolution from current to future states.
• Manage project risks, incident management, and root cause analysis to ensure systems remain fully operational within SLAs.
• Coordinate the deployment of service releases, patches, requests, and customizations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of MES experience specifically utilizing Delmia Apriso (versions 9.X through 2023).
• Deep expertise in Dassault/Apriso Process Builder (PB) and Global Process Manager (GPM).
• Proven experience managing full end-to-end MES implementations.
• Technical knowledge of Delmia Apriso Machine Integrator and Business Integrator.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration (PP, MM, SD, and WM modules).
• Strong understanding of ERP integration and shop floor systems such as OPC.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Manufacturing Operations (MO) concepts.
• Proficiency in DevOps methodology.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solution architecture requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise business requirements and IT strategies alignment.
• Background in manufacturing operations or shop floor system integration.
