Description

Lead the full software development life cycle for complex business solutions using Delphi across web, mobile, desktop, and POS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, testing, and rollout of entire products or large-scale projects.
• Design and propose software architectures that address complex business requirements.
• Write, test, debug, and deploy code across multiple platforms including web, mobile, and POS.
• Identify project risks and provide accurate technical estimates for major initiatives.
• Mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and produce detailed technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Delphi (D5, 10, or equivalent versions).
• Strong knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with application design, architecture, and logical modeling.
• Ability to design and execute application testing strategies to ensure quality.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and resolving hardware or software issues.
• Competency in developing for multiple platforms including web, mobile, and POS.
• Knowledge of C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Objective C.
• Ability to write technical documentation and communicate complex info to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Background in cross-functional collaboration.
