Description

You will develop, maintain, and modernize critical enterprise applications using Delphi.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
• Refactor legacy Delphi 7 code to 64-Bit Delphi XE8.
• Resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and scalability issues.
• Track defects and manage issues using Jira.
• Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of strong software development experience in Delphi.
• Expertise in Delphi development, technical analysis, and documentation.
• Experience developing applications using Delphi, COBOL, MS SQL, and Btrieve files.
• Strong understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS) like Oracle or SQL Server.
• Proficiency with Interbase, PL/SQL, and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of COM, ODBC, OOPs concepts, and XML.

Preferred Skills

• Experience converting 32-bit legacy code to 64-bit architectures.
