Description

You will design and integrate DeltaV distributed control systems for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement DeltaV automation standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create Functional Specifications (FS) and translate them into Detailed Design Specifications (DDS) for software configuration.
• Execute software development within the DeltaV platform and participate in functional team design and code reviews.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities.
• Mentor junior engineers while supporting onsite commissioning efforts.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of DeltaV experience within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Proven experience with DeltaV platform project execution and commissioning.
• Practical knowledge of ISA 88, GAMP, and cGAMP standards.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SCADA, PLCs, HMI, APIs, or SQL software and systems.
