Description

You will lead the creation, planning, and execution of integrated omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition in net new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term visions for multi-touch customer journeys while managing day-to-day campaign operations.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns to build leads, pipeline, and revenue.
• Plan, execute, and measure effective lead nurture programs.
• Analyze the conversion funnel to identify opportunities and report on performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate marketing plans to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, or campaign management.
• Proficiency in SEM, social advertising, and paid digital.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization and content syndication.
• Hands-on execution of webinars and direct mail.
• Technical experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and ABM platforms such as 6Sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.
• Strong command of marketing strategy fundamentals, including buyer personas, buying journeys, and funnel stages.
• Ability to manage 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Capability to lead projects and programs with minimal direction.
