Description

Lead demand management processes to synchronize production, optimize stock deployment, and maximize customer service levels.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate 24-month rolling forecasts for specific product categories and maintain justifications for forecast fluctuations.
• Manage the Category Monthly Demand Review process to secure regional forecast sign-off and support global S&OP reviews.
• Develop new product launch plans, including high/low demand scenarios and cannibalization analysis.
• Execute finished goods inventory target setting and rollover management plans to minimize write-offs.
• Lead demand planning integration for newly acquired businesses and coordinate global demand data aggregation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning within a supply chain environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and functional knowledge of MS Access.
• Proven ability to perform rigorous analysis to challenge sales and marketing assumptions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder management across production, sales, and distribution.
• Experience driving improvements within an S&OP framework.
• Ability to manage master data inputs critical to supply chain planning systems.
