Description

You will lead the end-to-end development of data virtualization applications, owning requirement gathering, design, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement virtual data layers using Denodo VDP.
• Connect to heterogeneous data sources including RDBMS, APIs, and cloud storage.
• Manage version control and deployments via Solution Manager.
• Partner with data architects and BI teams to ensure data governance and security compliance.
• Document processes and provide training to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
• Mandatory Denodo Developer and Denodo Architect certifications.
• Strong proficiency in Denodo Platform (VDP, Scheduler, Solution Manager).
• Expertise in SQL/VQL and query optimization.
• Experience with performance tuning and caching strategies.
• Proficiency in Java procedures and PowerBI.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure tools (Terraform, Azure PowerShell).
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
