Description

You will lead the electrical design team in Casper, WY, combining technical oversight with strategic project management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise electrical engineering staff while managing resource allocation and team assignments.
• Oversee the design of power distribution, lighting, data/telecom, and fire alarm systems.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews for all electrical project deliverables to ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and IBC standards.
• Coordinate design efforts with multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables while assisting with proposals and fee estimates.

Required Skills

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in electrical design and project leadership.
• Proficiency in electrical design software including Visual and Elum Tools.
• Experience using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Deep knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IBC, and electrical building codes.
• Expertise in lighting calculations, circuit layouts, and switchgear design.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex building system designs.
