Description

Manage the deployment of over 2000 devices during this 6-month contract.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor appointments and record attendance to prepare for deployment sessions.
• Manage inventory by ensuring laptops and peripherals are available and securely stored.
• Track stock levels against demand and advise the core team on required deliveries.
• Execute Windows 11 device deployments and collect legacy Windows 10 hardware.
• Guide staff through AutoPilot deployment processes and provide technical troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 11 operating system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Windows Hello for Business, and Company Portal.
• Knowledge of Outlook client, Shared Mailboxes, and M365 products.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting end-user compute issues.
• Experience with system deployment and general troubleshooting.
• Degree or equivalent qualification (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Prisma Access.
• Experience with Microsoft Surface devices.
