Description

You will execute end-to-end on-site deployments of Dynamics 365 Field Service, managing one location per week.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level readiness, including user access validation, mobile device setup, and configuration verification.
• Deliver hands-on, instructor-led training for field technicians, dispatchers, and site leadership.
• Support go-live and hypercare periods, serving as the primary on-site escalation point for deployment issues.
• Validate integrations, workflows, and mobile performance in live production environments.
• Capture field feedback, document site outcomes, and relay improvement opportunities to the central rollout team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service or comparable enterprise field service platforms.
• Proven ability to independently manage weekly site deployments with minimal oversight.
• Strong background working directly with field service technicians and dispatch operations.
• Experience delivering on-site software deployment and training in distributed, multi-location environments.
• Proficiency with mobile workforce solutions on iOS and Android, including offline scenarios.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort operating in live production environments.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel weekly for the duration of the contract.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and REST API integrations.
• Understanding of cloud-based architectures, specifically Microsoft Azure.
