Description

Manage on-site installations, troubleshooting, and repairs for complex telecom equipment while serving as the primary technical liaison for assigned projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, diagnosis, and repair of complex hardware and software systems.
• Verify and approve the operational quality of system equipment.
• Instruct customers on system operation and maintenance procedures.
• Provide field support covering system hardware, PCs, and networking/wireless infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the telecoms industry within mission-critical environments.
• Deep knowledge of IMS solutions.
• Strong understanding of networking and TCP/IP based communication.
• Experience with Virtualization and NFVs.
• Proven track record supporting Core products and mission-critical systems.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work shifts (15:00 – 23:00, Monday to Friday) several times per quarter.
