Description

Design, deploy, and optimize network monitoring platforms to ensure reliability and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer network tools including SolarWinds, Splunk, Nagios, and LiveNX.
• Develop automation solutions for provisioning and configuration management using Python and Ansible.
• Build integrations, APIs, and data pipelines between network tools and enterprise IT systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to establish monitoring standards and alerting capabilities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in network tools deployment and administration.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with automation and platform integrations.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Linux administration and API-based integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud monitoring across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, or similar automation and CI/CD tools.
• Networking certifications such as CCNA or CCNP.
• Project management and cross-functional technical initiative experience.
