Description

You will lead deployment execution and manage post-implementation support structures. You own the release pipeline from planning through go-live and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead deployment execution, including work scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate go-live activities, mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and dry run activities.
• Manage interdependencies across project teams to ensure alignment of all deployment-related activities.
• Oversee service desk process implementation and provide technical support to the Tier 1 support desk.
• Implement a governance model for post-go-live support and a concert of operations for system maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in deployment or release management.
• Deployment Management expertise.
• Release Management expertise.
• Experience managing project budgets and resource planning.
• Proven ability to lead mock conversions and technical dry runs.
• Experience establishing governance models for post-implementation support.
• Ability to manage interdependencies across multiple project teams.
• Any graduate degree.
