Description

You manage the deployment of user communications across digital channels and maintain quality standards throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Deploy communications via email, push, and in-app channels by capturing and optimizing requirements for ad-hoc and automated messaging.
• Develop and optimize a QA framework to identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure quality standards for link destinations and disclosures.
• Manage the end-to-end execution process in Jira, including ticket creation for developers, audience creation, delivery, and legal approvals.
• Coordinate status updates, launch confirmations, and campaign results with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to personalization strategies to ensure CRM requirements are executed effectively for North America consumers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in CRM or data-driven marketing.
• Proficiency with Jira for task and process management.
• Experience managing processes with stakeholders to drive performance and achieve KPIs.
• Experience working with CRM Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, analytics, and creative.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage quality control processes.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
