Description

Manage software installations, upgrades, and pilot deployments to ensure system stability and service continuity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy software upgrades and updates to brand servers with strict oversight to prevent service disruption.
• Pilot new software deployments, report results, and manage the transition from pilot to full launch.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts and provide technical guidance to analysts.
• Remediate servers and maintain location databases to ensure network integrity with vendors.
• Manage special projects to improve service capabilities, including hardware health monitoring and ITIL implementation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical support or deployment roles.
• Extensive knowledge of POS systems, payment systems, and audio systems.
• Proficiency in Windows support and general troubleshooting.
• Ability to write and improve complex scripts.
• Experience using ticketing systems to track and record support tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
