You will lead global client implementation initiatives to ensure delivery meets contractual specifications and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Direct and manage global delivery resources aligned with go-to-market strategies and the implementation SDLC.
Oversee budgets to ensure activities are funded and managed within resource allocation constraints and contract requirements.
Evaluate company performance against contracts and recommend methods to improve delivery standards.
Partner with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Delivery, Marketing/Sales, and Client Relationship Management executives to align processes and technology with customer needs.
Required Skills
15+ years of related experience in product and services delivery.
5+ years in a supervisory or management capacity.
Experience managing delivery in a global organization of significant size, scope, and complexity.
Experience interpreting financial data and managing contracts or service agreements.
Knowledge of Portfolio Management and Delivery frameworks.
