Description

You will lead the operationalization of enterprise architecture strategy, policy, and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategy, roadmaps, and designs produced by the lead Enterprise Architect.
• Own solutions during Architecture Review Board (ARB) events, presenting merits and leveraging repeatable patterns.
• Manage the technical aspects of the ARB demand intake process.
• Develop and maintain architecture artifacts including reference architectures, principles, and guidelines.
• Lead architecture assessments to identify optimization opportunities and coach team members.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT or enterprise architecture within government or large organizations.
• 5+ years of management consulting experience with Big Four firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).
• Deep understanding of business, application, data, technology, and security architecture domains.
• Hands-on knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Microservices, and APIs.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in state government IT environments and legacy system modernization.
• Enterprise Architecture certification such as TOGAF or Archimate.
• Experience advancing Agile Scrum delivery models.
