Description

Lead Software Verification and Validation (V&V) efforts for Electric Vehicle (EV) powertrain systems, including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software testing strategies and execution across Model-in-the-Loop (MiL), Software-in-the-Loop (SiL), and HiL platforms.
• Generate and manage test use cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of EV powertrain functionalities.
• Drive automation testing initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the V&V process.
• Lead the V&V team and ensure alignment with engineering goals and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Verification and Validation, specifically within the EV or automotive sector.
• Deep expertise in HiL, SiL, and MiL testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Matlab, Simulink, and Stateflow for model-based testing and simulation.
• Strong understanding of EV Powertrain systems and their specific testing requirements.
• Proven track record in leading V&V efforts and managing test automation frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leading a team of engineers in a Deputy General Manager or similar senior capacity.
• Familiarity with additional automotive standards and compliance testing.
