You will leverage data to drive business decisions through analytical models and actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision making.
• Execute marketing campaign analysis and data extraction from structured and unstructured sources.
• Perform deep-dive ad-hoc analysis to discover trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Embed automated processes for model deployment and implementation.
• Manage team learning and development while ensuring adherence to data security, AML, and operational risk policies.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a data scientist or analyst.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and Excel.
• Experience with BI tools and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques including linear and logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, bagging, boosting, SVM, and neural networks.
• Knowledge of clustering techniques such as K-means.
• Expertise in marketing analytics and sales interaction analysis.
• Ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder influence.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering, or Data Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience navigating data security, AML, and functional manual compliance protocols.
