Description

You will manage technical project delivery and optimize digital buyer journeys through cross-functional coordination and requirement definition.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop technical projects and product roadmaps.
• Track project deliverables and provide fortnightly or monthly strategic updates to senior management.
• Design and implement strategies to streamline backend and frontend buyer journeys and calculators.
• Draft functional and technical specifications, including use cases and process flows, for IT development teams.
• Coordinate with UI/UX designers and developers to enhance end-user experience and build comprehensive test scenarios.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in product management or a startup product role.
• Proven experience managing IT projects and technical PMO functions.
• Ability to perform deep data dives to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of API integrations and technical system requirements.
• Experience developing or working with Figma designs.
• Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including Sales, IT, Legal, and Compliance.
• Competency in requirement gathering and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Act as the single point of contact for technical infrastructure issues involving Azure or AWS environments.
