Description

You will manage the end-to-end response lifecycle for multiple RFPs as a hands-on consultant.

Responsibilities

• Drive quality across the full RFP response lifecycle.
• Lead, guide, and review the work of team members during the proposal process.
• Interface with multiple stakeholders to design and craft winning responses.
• Implement 6 Sigma improvements and best practices across the BTG practice.
• Own response design and ensure high standards of business writing.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience in Pre-sales.
• Deep expertise in managing RFPs.
• Strong business writing skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience driving 6 Sigma improvements.
• Expertise in response design.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Background working within a BTG practice.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the BTG sector.
