Description

You will lead the design and implementation of user interfaces for digital products, ensuring intuitive user experiences and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement new UI designs, creating prototypes and skeletal frameworks for product layouts and customer journeys.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and style guide to ensure visual consistency across all projects.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market studies using qualitative and quantitative methods to inform design decisions.
• Manage external vendor teams by reviewing their designs and ensuring alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and product teams to integrate design tasks into agile development processes.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of proven experience in UI design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction (HCI).
• Experience managing external design agencies or vendors.
• Ability to build storyboards, site maps, and conceptual designs.
• Strong communication skills to present design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
