Description

You will support the Senior Program Manager in executing complex administrative and analytic tasks for a Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) intelligence program.

Responsibilities

• Manage task order performance, including oversight of scope, schedule, and costs.
• Supervise contractor personnel through technical and administrative guidance, staffing, and professional development.
• Facilitate solutions for complex problems and emergent mission requirements to support the customer.
• Assist the Program Manager in supporting the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the contracting team, including less-experienced personnel.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of managerial experience within the DoD or equivalent government agencies.
• Experience managing programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Current Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
• US Citizenship.
• Proficiency in leadership, mentorship, and people management.
• Experience in workforce planning and office administration.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of operational level of warfare experience.
• Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, production requirements, and AOR-specific knowledge.
• Knowledge of SOCOM, Theater Special Operations Commands Intelligence Directorates, or the DoD National Level IC.
