Description

You will oversee contract performance, personnel management, and compliance with DoD regulations and federal laws.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functionally with Security, Operations, and Development teams to ensure system availability and DoD compliance.
• Manage personnel, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize team performance and contract adherence.
• Analyze customer feedback to develop corrective action plans and report findings to the Program Manager.
• Ensure all deliverables align with Federal laws, DoD regulations, and DMA policies through rigorous documentation and audit support.
• Lead project orientation, transition, performance tracking, and financial analysis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing personnel and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of federal cybersecurity policies and DoD regulations.
• Ability to manage software deployment alignment and technical process improvements.
• Experience with performance metrics and financial analysis.
• Customer engagement and strategic planning capabilities.
• Conducting meetings and facilitating strategic planning sessions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
