Description

You will develop and maintain microservices deployed on Websphere and Linux environments, working within a SCRUM framework to meet objective-based goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain microservices using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Analyze and refactor legacy Java code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Develop web services using SOAP and REST protocols.
• Deploy and manage services on Websphere 8.5+ and Linux.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java 7 or Java 8.
• Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
• Hands-on experience with JPA and Hibernate.
• Ability to work with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Practical knowledge of SOAP and REST web services.
• Experience using Maven for build automation.
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with version control using GIT and SVN.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular or Primefaces for frontend development.
• Knowledge of Struts 1.
