Description

You will own the design lifecycle for architectural and interior projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design process from concept through schematic to detailed design for assigned projects.
• Coordinate the entire design team and oversee construction phase quality execution.
• Review and optimize designs, BOQs, and specifications for all Architecture and Interior Works.
• Manage Schedule of Finishes and Material Selection for interior and external building works.
• Upgrade standards and specifications to align with current codes (NBC 2016, ECBC, IGBC, USGBC LEED, etc.).

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Architecture and Project Management.
• Deep understanding of Green Building Architecture and Interior Design Management.
• Experience with relevant building codes: National Building Code 2016, ECBC, IGBC, USGBC LEED.
• Proficiency in technical and commercial evaluation of vendor proposals.
• Strong ability to coordinate with internal and external design teams.
• Experience managing design process from concept to detailed design.
